Exchange 5.5 SP4 Running on Windows 2000 SP4 Member server.

We are having issues with our IMS. All messages from one
of our sites seem to hold in the "Outbound Messages
Awaiting Deliver" queue. All messages have a HOST
UNREACHABLE error in the IMS Queue. However our other site
has no issues connection using the same DNS info as the
other server.

We have a warning message 9215. We have researched this
problem on the web and have done all that microsoft
suggest, we do not run X400 conectors.

We have recreated the IMS and uninstalled and re-installed
TCP/IP as per Microsoft instructions, we have also re-
installed SP4 for exchange but to no avail.

Any help would be great.
