Hi Ram,
There are a couple of common gotchas to look for here:

1) Be sure the SSL certificate on the server matches the web site name and
is trusted by your clients.

The easiest way to verify this is open IE and connect to your web site with
the following format:

https:// site>/rpc

If you have configured everything correctly you will get a login prompt and
when you enter valid credentials should see an error page returned with a
code of 403.2. What you should not see is an SSL warning that states one of
the following is true:

1) Certificate does not match the Web Site

2) You do not trust the certificate

3) The certificate is expired.

Any of the above problem conditions will prevent Outlook form connecting
using RPC over HTTP and must be corrected before proceeding further. If all
this checks out then check your W3SVC logs for further clues to what may be
occurring.
