Incoming email stuck in smtpvs current session

I have like 10 or more incoming emails stuck in the smtpvs current session.
and they all coming from 2 sources.
sdm1.quickbooks.net
sdm2.quickbooks.net
sdm3.quickbooks.net

and

simmts6-srv.nellnexxia.net

Howcome these emails cannot come through?
We need to get these eamils through and I tried everything I can think of.
Need help of gurus out there please.
