Inbound email issue

    I'm recieveing the email but its being qued in "messages
    awaiting directory lookup." I searched the knowledgebase
    and found what i think i'm looking for but it doesn't
    give much detail on how to fix the issue. You can view
    it if you search for the phrase..."Incoming message
    queues are full but the messages are not delivered."
