AOL Blocking our users Outbound mail

I was having a similar issue with Earthlink. Earthlink
stated that the Exchnage server was misconfigured and was
resolving to their outbound server for delivery, hence
the 550 errors I was receving.
What I did (and it seemed to have worked) is open System
Manager -> Servers -> <your server> -> Protocols -> SMTP.
Right click SMTP -> Properties. Select "Delivery" tab and
then click "Advanced" button. On the next page click
the "Configure" button and add your ISP's DNS servers. I
don't know if that is the most correct solution but it
stopped my users' complaints.
