How does your DNS and WINS servers look? I had a similar
issue a couple of weeks ago when my BDC crashed. My BDC
was running DNS and WINS. During the process my PDC
locked up so no one could authenticate to the domain.

to the exchange server 2000 and the other half of the
users have no problem at all logging on and
sending/receiving email. We have tried using OWA but we
get the same response with those who can and can't logon.
    Can anyone suggest a solution?
