My company recently did the same thing. We moved to Server and Exchange
2003. We have several locations across the country, each with its own
exchange server. Once we migrated to 2003, every single office is reporting
this same problem. The problem can occur at any time, opening emails,
public folders or simply looking at the computer the wrong way.

I've also tried the latest Office service packs on the workstations and made
sure that all servers and workstations have the latest updates installed,
yet the problem won't go away. I could believe it was a traffic issue at
our main site where there can be around 50 people. But our smaller offices
have as few as 3 people and they experince the same problem. I'm really
hoping someone can help out with this.
