I have a real need for something that constantly checks
that mail is being delivered to and from the internet.
Like most firms there are now some many pieces of
technology between the sender and the recipient and lots
can go wrong resulting in delayed and lost messages.
The ideal situation is a service provider that sends
messages on a schedule to us all day long that are
automatically tracked for delivery time or if messages get
lost.
Anyone know of such a product or service. We monitor all
aspects of our mail system but there can be quirks in a
router, SMTP server, mail archiving, spam/virus protection
or RBL checks that can cause delayed or lost email with no
noticeable outage from the monitoring systems,
Any ideas?
