Martin,
So, go to control panel | mail, add a new profile, set it up and
switch between them. I probably just need to look this up, but how
do you switch between them, do you log out/log in. Is this any more
complicated when the user is connecting to my Exchange Server via
Outlook over the internet (a remote user)?
You'd have to l\close OL and set it to prompt you for a profile at startup.
Instead, why not have the user access the 2nd mailbox via OWA?
Thanks,
Mike

Me, I would create a second Outlook profile. Then switch between
them. If you just need to have them in the same inbox, you can do
it, but its messy. The user will have to choose the "From" address
every time they reply.

Hi,
I am running SBS 2003 and Exchange, with Outlook 2003 for clients.
One of my users is participating in a collaborative program with
our state, and needs a new e-mail address/account to use when
working in that capacity. Can
I create a 2nd e-mail account and have it come into his inbox, but
when he replies to an e-mail sent to this address have it show to
the recipient that
it is from that 2nd account, so there is separation? How best
would I accomplish this?
Thanks,
Mike
