Sounds like a cached mode synchronization problem. If you turn off cached mode and the problem goes away, i.e., Outlook agrees with OWA, then you will have confirmed it.

Exchange 2003, latest SP. I have at least one client that has
calendar items that show in Outlook 2003, but do not show in OWA.
Typically, it's one item on a specific day. The few I've looked at
are all recurring appointments, one hour, once a month type. I've
removed the OST and rebuilt it (yes, cached mode...laptop user)
changed the appointment (time, invitees, etc) and today I deleted/
purged the mailbox, recreated it in a new DB and exmerged the data
back in. This didn't change the problem. From what I've been able to
find it seems that this usually shows up as items showing in OWA, but
not in Outlook. My issue is the reverse.

Any thoughts?
