Outlook 2007 behind firewall

Hi,

My exchange 07 environment has been firewalled from my clients. I don't want
to enable Outlook Anywhere as all my requests will go through the Internet
first while they are inside the LAN. Also no integrated Auth when they are
loggin onto the Domain. I may stand to be corrected here.
What ports need to be open for Outlook 2007 (cached) and Exchange 2007.
I have read: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb331973.aspx
Unfortunately it is not so clear on which ports need to be opened for
Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007 while they are on the LAN.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
