SBS 2008 Exchange and active sync problem

Ok so my phone is going nuts. It's trying to sync my cal. i had one event in
my cal. and right now it's trying to sync 300+ events. i deleted my account
and redid it and same problem
it's on a Tilt WM6.1 i have done a hard reset and erased everything and
removed exchange and added it over and over
