Does "out of the domain" mean that you have removed the computer from the domain and the computer is now a standalone, non-domain member machine, or does it mean that you are not currently connected to the LAN? Some policies do not stop applying just because you are not connected to the LAN, they persist. So, depending on what you have defined in the policies, you may have to undo them, put the computer back on the network and let it get the new policies (if they are not tattooed, that is).

My Outblook web access seems to be blocked from my computer and a few of our users. When Inetegrated Windows Authentication is disabled then this service is allowed.
I'm not entirely convinced that it's Integrated Windows Authentication causing these issues but am option to suggestions.
Other things already tried:
Disabling Windows firewall on Vista
Clearing all cached passwords and cache data in IE7
When using mozilla services are fine.
The last thing I was playing with was firewall via group policy, blocking all incoming on the domain network. I am now out of domain environment and have disabled the firewall manually.
quite a confusing one.
