synchronizing errors

One of my co-workers who I support is getting a bunch of the following synch errors in her Outlook:

9:57:50 [80040119-501-80040119-560]
9:57:50 The client operation failed.
9:57:50 Microsoft Exchange Information Store
9:57:50 For more information on this failure, click the URL below:

We are currently running Exchange 2003 and she is running Outlook 2007 on her local machine. The link above doesn't provide any useful information about this error.
