One sender? Perhaps that sender has your recipient user's Outlook Contact
configured to send in plain text.

Yes, sure. But it only affect one clinet in our exchange organization.
Even the same sender send to other clients in the organization, it doesn't
have the same problem.

Hi all,
One of my client suffer from an Outlook 2003 problem where when some
invitations (not all) sent from outsider, it became plain text. But
these
does not apply to other clients when the isame nvitation sent from the
same
source. The source and our client are using Outlook 2003. our Exchange
is
2003 and the source is 5.5.
Any suggestion to trigger the problem? Thanks in advance.
Best,
Andrew
