Also you might try starting Outlook from the command line with a profile
that connects to the suspected mailbox using the /cleanrules switch.

I have a client who is on Exchange 2007. They were using delegates for
some
of their users. Two users quit and were deleted from the server but
not
from
the calendar permissions on several people's mailboxes. I went around
and
deleted the UID from the calendar permissions and thought this would
resolve
my issue; however, I still get NDR's.
Any ideas?
