I have over 30 clients using Explorer 6 or 7 and OWA onto our Exchange 2003
server. Almost all of them appear to be working fine, although I have 2 or
3
that experience connection issues.
For some reason they can be using OWA without any problems then the next
time they attempt to login to OWA the system either does not load the
logon
page OR if they manage to enter their details the OWA screen only
populates
half of the screen and the system is unusable. This issue only happens on
a
few PC's but for some strange reason (without any changes to Routers,
Server
or Cient) the system starts working again.
Whilst the users are having the connections problems other users can
connect
to the sever with no problems.
This is now becoming very frustrating as I cannot see any obvious
problems.
If you do not have any answers for this can someone point me to where I
can
get some logging Or diagnostic tools to attempt to pin point the issue.
Hi
I had the same problems with IE 6.
For me the solution was Mozilla Firefox.
Once installed OWA is much faster so I don't event think about I.E anymore.

Tom
