sender name missing from the from field

A user on outlook 2003 sp2. Normally vpn in. However, from June this year
have not been able to send or receive email.

For sending, the message in outbox but the receipients seems to have
received those emails. The message in the outbox seems to have been read so
they are not in Italic. Have checked on the net which seems there are add-in
which affect this. I check on the outlook TOOLS --> OPTIONS --> OTHER
tab --> ADVANCED OPTIONS --> ADD-IN MANAGER
I have the following checked
OutlookSync
SAVCORP90
Delegate access
Deleted Item Recovery
Exchange Extensions commands
Exchange Extensions Property pages
Fax server extension

Uncheck are the following
Server Scripting

COM ADD-IN has Outlook Synchronization which is unchecked.

Receiving - No message received at all.

Any thought or anyone experience such 'funny' scenario ?
