Lanwench,

Thank you for the reply. It is not the workstation. This issue can
be re-created on any client. The issue is definitely with this
particular AD account. I have checked all the settings and they all
appear correct. OWA is enabled and the user can log in if pointed
directly to the exchange server (backend). It for some reason...the
front end server cannot find this users mailbox.

Is there an AD property that might be corrupt? What else can I check
within this particular user account?

Thank you again for all your help.

I really don't know - you might find it easiest to exmerge & recreate his
mailbox.

Greetings,

I have a very weird problem. I have a user who is getting an HTTP
404 Error when he tries to log in to OWA. The page comes up with
two frames and each frame has that error. The really odd thing is
that it only seems to be his account. No other use has that issue.

Anyone have any clue what would cause a single user account to
experience this problem? I have seen all the documents on what
could cause this for all users...but i cannot find anything on what
could cause this for a single user!

Thank you.

Did this ever work? If you check out his account properties/Exchange
Features tab in ADUC, is OWA enabled with protocol defaults?

1. Have this user log into another workstation to see if the problem
happens there
2. Have someone else log into *this* workstation to see if the
problem happens there
