Re: MAPI profile configuration error

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi Ashish,

I am sorry for the delay response.

Please take the following steps to narrow down the problem:

Step 1: Let's use RPCPing to see the result returned, can you ping the
Exchange server successfully?
rpcping -t ncacn_http -s servername -o RpcProxy=proxyserver.company.com -P
"user,domain,*" - I "user,domain,*" -H 1 -u 10 -a connect -F 3 -v 3 -E -R
none

For more information, please refer to:
How to Use the RPC Ping Utility to Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues with
the Exchange Over the Internet Feature in Outlook 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831051

If the problem still exists, please kindly send me the MPS Report for
further research.

If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Robert Li(MSFT)
