Do the users have "folder visible" right on the parent folder?

I have a public folder (calendar) that I want available to anyone who
wishes
to see it over the web. I have the URL to it, but it always prompts
for
thatuser name and password. I do not want it to do that, I want it to just
come
up.
I have set permissions so that default and anon are "Reviewers", but
doesn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Glenn
