Mark,
Unfortunately, 95% of the clients are on Novell networks. They will be
transitioned to AD, but not until this project is long over.
We are using POP because this is part of the Email administrators plan to
transition away from our Unix-based POP solution. I dont know why we're
doing it this way, but even if I did, I couldnt change it. The
infrastructure is all up to the Email administrator, I have just been tasked
with changing the POP and SMTP settings in all these machines.
Any ideas?

Hello all,
I need to change the POP and SMTP server settings on about 6,000 clients in
Outlook (both 2000 and 2003). I am thinking that scripting is the best way
to do this. I really dont have any idea how to go about this though. I will
need to change multiple accounts for the same user, both IMAP and POP.
I am in a jam here and dont really know where to go from here. Any ideas?
Can't you do this in the Outlook ADM templates? Are the workstations
on a domain or are they all over the show on different (or no)
forests.
It's certainly not an Exchange issue though.
Any reason you're on POP anyway?
