Re: What happened to the "Change Password" Button

When we log into Outlook, we get a login box (not Windows login). That box
has username, password and domain. Then you have the options, Ok, Cancel,
Change password. That was available in Outlook 2002 but in 2003 the "Change
Password" button is gone. We have two different domains. One domain is our
main domain which we initially log in when Windows comes up. The Exchange log
on is when we launch Outlook. I hope this makes sense.

Thanks
Kathy

Confused!!!!

Are you talking about the change password option in the OS or somewhere in
Office?

So there is no longer a way to change it from the client? You have to
change
it through OWA?

You have to login to OWA now and it is in the "Options" section.

Thanks, but I'm looking for the change password button that was on the
client not OWA. In 2002 there was a third button on the login box that
said
"change password". We don't want to use OWA to change passwords. Does
this
make sense?

Thanks

We are running Exchange 2003 on a separate domain than our domain

So when we log into Outlook, we have to enter domain\username and

there
was a "change password" button that is missing in Outlook 2003. How
do
I
instruct my clients to change their passwords. Any help would be
