Slow OWA on Exchange 2003

Hi there,

We have a setup with 2 backend E2k3 (Cluster) and 2 FrontEnd servers.

We have just upgraded all 4 to Exchange 2003 SP1, from Exchange 2000, We are
running Windows 2000 SP4, with all the hotfixes.

Now Our problem is that after the upgrade to e2k3, the Preview pane in OWA,
is
slow to show the mail, a mail in plain text with 4 lines can take up to 30
sec
to display.

The strange thing is when testing I have a new mailbox (also testet on an
old
mailbox with more then 10.000 mails) with 3 very short mails (3-20 lines in
plain text)

When clicking on them one by one, sometimes one of them is 30 sec to
display, 2
min. later the it's one of the other thats up to 20 sec to display, Anyone
ever
seen something like this before?
