    I have exactly this problem on two computers. I'm finding it very
    difficult to find the answer. I've tried re-installing java a few
    times, but that doesn't help. Is there an individual class file I can
    copy into the right directory and cure the whole problem?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
