OWA unable to create new and foward msgs.

We are running E2k SP4 with mostly IE6 but some IE5 clients from home. A few
weeks ago everything was fine, now users report that when they hit reply or
foward or new there is no response from the page, or ir looks like it is
thinking and then goes back to the inbox. They are able to log on and read
email in most cases, some cases they can log on but their inbox shows a blank
page and the status bar states that it is DONE! . I've noticed that Firefox
and IE6 work fine but the problem mostly lies with IE5. I haven't made any
changes to the mail server or iis beyond recommended security updates. Anyone
else seen anything like this? Or have an idea of a fix?
