There is no way to authenticate to a HTTP Proxy when using Outlook 2003 and
RPC over HTTP.
The issue is that we use the WinHTTP interface which does NOT provide
"Authentication Windows" like WinINET does for Internet Explorer.
The best bet is to get the firewall/proxy configuration changed to allow you
through, or not prompt at all.
