Hello,

does anyone recognizes this problem? We have an exchange 2003 server.
Persons complain that they see an envelope. When they look in there inbox of
outlook 2003 they have no mail.
I've searched the whole internet and can't find anything.
Does anyone have an idea?
I would jump of joy if anyone can help me.
Greetings,

Jennifer
