I had problem number 4 below (Sometimes you will get a completed inbox but
you cannot reply to an email) after I applied Post SP3 rollup (KB870540).

First I found that the SP had reset a number of website authentications from
Basic to Integrated. I fixed that by fixing the IIS settings on the servers
so users would not be asked for a domain when using OWA.

Then I found that I could not reply to a message or forward a message in
OWA, and I found that when I clicked the To or From buttons, there was no
repsonse. I used KB842238 and what happened was that it fixed the problem
behind my ISA server, but not in front of it. I even tried putting in a
front-end Exchange server - again it worked inside my network, but not
outside (not via ISA). I also have run the second version of the KB888258
patch on the ISA server.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You never really know how many
people use OWA until it breaks!
