I am experiencing a situation where i get event id 9646
messages in the event log on the exchange server for
specific users. The user that is listed in the message
now cannot connect to exchange. If i stop and start the
information store service, the users that were effected
can now connnect.
The 9646 error, states that the user exceeded the max
number of sessions (which is 32).
Can anyone tell me how to correct this, or increase the
max number)? I have to restart my info store several
times a day now.
I searched the knowledge base and found an article that
outlines how to increase certain max's, but the
type "session" is not listed.

thank you in advance.
