Okay. I finally upgraded my Exchange Server 2003 to SP1
the other night. I've been using OWA since day 1 whenever
I'm off site. Anyhow, the upgrade went smoothly.
EXCEPT.... now when I log into OWA, I'm missing all those
fancy graphics and colors. Here's a screen print of what
I'm referring to: http://www.storm1.net/imgoingcrazy.doc
This is what I've done... a few steps may have been a
bit "noobie-ish", but they worked...
- Applied KB831464. Was forced to do this because SP1
told me I had to. Rebooted server.
- Applied SP1. Rebooted server. Verified that email was
coming in and going out.
- Applied KB843539. rebooted server. Verified email was
coming in and going out.
- Attempted OWA. When I got to login screen, I was
missing graphics (you know, the standard red 'x' in
placement of the actual graphics on SOME of the OWA
logos). Login worked just fine and while in OWA I was
missing pretty much every other graphic out there
(replaced with the red 'x').
- Looked at another E2K3 server already running SP1 (a
client of mine).
- This is the part that may have been noobie-ish, but I
found that these graphics were in the EXCHSRVR\EXCHWEB\IMG
folder. I was missing some of this files on MY server.
So, I copied the IMG folder from the server that works to
my server. This fixed a lot of my missing graphics. But
as you can see from my screen print, it's still not
looking pretty. I've looked over the newsgroups and on
the knowledge base and can't seem to find anything related
to this. I also re-applied SP1 with no avail.
Anybody have any ideas? Apparently I'm missing something
but I'm just not sure what.
Thank you,
Jaison
