We have set up on our exchange 2003 server several 'generic', common email
addresses that are recived by several ppl within our organisation. The
problem is if one of the users within the group opens the email and then
acts upon it. Everyone else in that group is unware that the email has been
opened.
Is there a way to notify the other users within that group that the email
has been opened and can therefore be ignores?
