OWA 2003 - right click doesn't work anymore

One more thing...

When I try to change folders the first time, I sometimes
get the error, "Internet Explorer cannot open the
Internet site https://[mailserver address]/exchange.
Operation aborted." After that, I can change folders
once, but then can't after that (as described below).
