Ok
When you went into the "authentication and access control" on the
properties of the default website (Step 3) was the account specified for
"use the following windows user account for anonymous access" an
IUSR_ComputerName account or was some other account specified in there?
Did OWA ever work? If it was working, can you remember what might have
changed prior to the problem occurring?
Does OWA work for the Administrator account?
Does OWA work for a newly created user?
Is there anyting being reported in the event logs?
Are you using Forms Based Authentication for OWA? If you are, can you turn
off Forms Based Authentication to see if OWA works without it.
Can you run through the following article for me to confirm that all your
permissions and authentication levels are correctly set for OWA.
