I have not seen this problem elsewhere - maybe someone can help me with it!
I'm running MS Exchange 2003 behind the MS ISA firewall. Firewall is
correctly set up to allow OWA from the Internet. Remote (Internet) access to
mail, calendar, and all other OWA functions work perfectly... except
messages that users SEND while logged into OWA never arrive. When users send
mail, the message ends up (as it should) in the Sent Mail folder on the
server. This is verified by opening the account in Outlook 2003. However,
the mail is never delivered. Evenutally, after 2 days a message is received
stating:
Reporting-MTA: dns;mailserver01.xxxxxx.com
Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
Action: delayed
Status: 4.4.7
Will-Retry-Until: Sat, 10 Apr 2004 19:56:21 -0400
X-Display-Name: xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com
Mail from this account is transmitted normally when using Outlook 2003, but
never using OWA. What's going on here?
