OWA problem

We have an external merketing company who are trying to log onto our Exchange 2003 web access client using the password/usernames that were set up by us. However, it keeps asking them to enter their password after it has loaded the page so they cannot actually do anything with it.

I have tried from a dial-up connection and it works fine. They are running IE6 behind a firewall. Any pointers at what could be the problem?
