Did you check BEFORE decommissioning the 5.5 server if users were able to
query for meeting availability information? Did you follow the procedures
outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=822450 ?
Make sure that the Free/Busy System Folder exists on the new Ex2003 Server.
