London stores for example: joined Moss bros as store manager 5.7k 27 staff,
then allocated a more senior position after six month's with the company to
our store in Clapham under head office turnover 3.5k 15 staff.

* Driving sales,budgets and Head office instructions to maximise foror
building positiveprofit in challanging times; based at House of Fraser
Victoria and Moss Bros Clapham stores both situated below respective
retailers head offices. Lots of focus due to location but allowed for
building positive relationships with colleagues at different levels
throughoutr the buisinesses and subsequently promotion due to profile.,


* Lead communiicator for area, daily liasing with Regional controller on
performanceindicators on behalf of all city store managers. Appointed a
senior manager assisting the RC in running 27 stores with a day to day
management, acting in absence of the RC and authorising rotas and holiday
cover of store mamagers.Also ran ,y own store in conjuction with these
additional duties where my branch includes one of the most succesful hire
departments in the countrt.

* Ordering stock for own departments and stores, analysing information of
stock allocation and merchandisiing acordingly to ensure increase sales on
performance indicators, including store cards. Committed to improving sales
through superior customer service mystery shop results 99%. I have a genuine
passion for fashion.

* Change management and prior manager leading countless store openings and
refurbishments. Store closure due to tennancy and was asked asked to re-
apply for new store and had immediate effect on sales by 100%.

* Legislative duty of care for trading standards,health and saftey and HR
management.





* Stockloss monitor for stores including efficiency andvimplmention of
electronic stock control,daily security issues,staff training and training.
