Hello,
does http://localhost/public work?
Have you changed something at the IIS settings?
Do you have a "normal" exchange server or a Small Business server?
Greetings,
Henning Krause

Hello,
what address are you using? I assume you want to open OWA?
Do you have you exchange server in its default configuration?
Do you have direct access to the exchange server or are you tunneling
through a firewall or proxy?
Greetings,
