how to stop mass mailing in exchange 2003

I have a SBS server 2003 with exchange 2003 server last 2 days even i stop
broadband connection and LAN connection within minute around 2000 mail comes
in a queue i scan m/c with lated scan engine but no virus found but then also
mail are generated and all recipient is *@yahoo.co.hk. i tried recipient
filtering also but no help . pl help me ASAP. thanks in advance
