I have 2 NT4 servers. One is my mail server one is my
webserver. I am running exchange 5.5. I have OWA running
on my webserver and it seems to be working fine until too
many *.mmp file accumulate in the webtemp directory.
Microsoft says that after exchange service pack 2 for 5.5
is installed these files should be deleted when the user
logs off. This is not happening. THe file is left in
webtemp until it gets to large and then I start to get
errors and the asp function stops. I can delete these
files and then reboot and the webserver, sites and owa
will begin to work again until the webtemp file get full.
Is there any way to make these files delete like they are
supposed to? I know that these files will remain in the
webtemp directory if I do not log off of OWA properly but
even when I do log off properly the files are still left
there.
