Hi John,

OWA is enabled on her account.

I check event log and there is no event recorded when I tried to login. I also check IIS log and can't seem to find anything related to her logon but I can other people logon.

Strange thing

Cheers,

T.

Tan,

What event ID is fired off on the Exchange Server when a login is attempted? Can you check the IIS logs when a logon is attempted to get more info on the error? I would also verify OWA is enabled on her account.

Hi John,

Yes, I've confirm myself. i tried all combination of username (domain\username, username@domain etc... but no luck)

As mentioned, it only happens to 1 users. Is it caused by corrupted exchange attribute?

Many thanks,

T.

Are you sure she is typing in the correct format? domain\username or username@xxxxxxxxxx? Have you confirmed by trying it yourself?

Dear guru,

I have a very strange problem. We have 50 users and 1 SBS server.

There is one user in whole company can not use OWA. Everytime she typed in username and password, an error returned saying she got wrong logon details.

I'm certain that we got the righ password as I've reset myself 100 times. She also able to use that details and log into network and access Outlook but not webmail.

Can anyone give me some ideas?

Thanks,

T.
