Dear All,
Our corporate POP3 service is inaccessible from outside the company
(internet), We're currently using Microsoft Exchange 2003 that run on Windows
server 2003. I've checked the pop3 service and its up and running. The POP3
service also available inside the domain. The POP3 service is using the same
Public IP as the OWA. The owa is workin just fine. The error is the Internet
"cannot find the server pop3.abc.com" I've also check out MX and it
registered properly.

To what IP address does the name "pop3.abc.com" resolve when you run
NSLOOKUP from outside your organization?

Assuming it's one of the IP addresses assigned to your firewall,
verify that port 110 is open and that, if you're using port
forwarding, that the port is forwarded to your Exchange server.

Your MX record isn't involved in the operation of POP3.
