Recreate Anonymous perm

Hi,

I deleted the "Anonymous" user permission on a folder. Now I can't
seem to add it back. When I right click the folder and go to
permissions in Outlook 2007, I'm only given the ability to add users
that are in the global address book... Any ideas?
