Re: E-mails going to junk when sending e-mails to himself for one

Lawench - I didn't mean to butcher your name. :)

Message tracking looks normal... nothing obvious.
He's CCing himself for inbox organizational purposes (e.g. to do's..).

Andy - This user's account resolves correctly. To test, we've also
selected his username from the GAL.

Lanwence - I've disabled both Outlook's Junk E-Mail filter and OWA's
Junk filtering option but we're still seeing the same issue.

It's Lanwench, please :)
What happens if you look it up in message tracking?
And why is he cc'ing himself anyway, just out of curiosity?

I have a user that is experiecing an issue where when sending (e.g.
CC) an email to himself, it goes directly to junk. This is only
happening to this particular user. I made sure that his e-mail
address is not in his blocked senders list. We have IMF v2 impleted
on top of Outlook's (2007) Junk filter for spam filtering. IMF
should treat all internal e-mails with a -1 SCL so I don't know
what's going on. I also have the Exchange server in the Global
Accecpt list under Message Delivery Properties in ESM.

Can anyone help?

Have him disable the Outlook junk email feature and test again.
