Exchange 2007 sp1 rollup 8 running on windows 2008 installed

using Office 2003 Advanced setting, Outgoing server (SMTP) port: 587 and
mark The requires (SSL) All working good

using Office 2007 Advanced setting, Outgoing server (SMTP) port: 587 and
mark The requires (SSL) getting an error:

Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection
encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method.
Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)
for additional assistance.

i am unable to use SMTP SSL With my Outlook office 2007 clients

please help,
