Clustering CCR Replay Que

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

We have a geographically dispersed Exchange 2007 on Windows 2008 cluster.
We have been getting a lot of SCOM/MOM errros that I have been trying to
quiet down and not sure if this is normal or something I need to be
concerned about. Can anyone provide any experience with the following
Alert?

Alert: MSExchange Replication: ReplayQueueLength - sustained for 5 minutes -
Red(>15).
