Karl...you the man. I have no idea how all these settings were set to False,
but the vast majority of the OWA* setting were from the get-casmailbox <your
login id> |fl command. How would this have happened?
Would any of these settings affect the mapi connectivity into exchange also?
This entire issue came to my attention due to many of my users who still
have mailboxes on Exchange 2003 are unable to see their Calendars using
Outlook 2003 in the standard folder lists. Their calendars are still there,
we can gain access to them in other ways (like open others users folders),
but they are gone from the Folder Lists in Outlook.

Hello Chris,.
right, calendar is nowhere to be found after logging into OWA. All I
see are the following folders: Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Junk
E-mail, and Sent Items. Everything within Segmentation was enabled.
I disabled Calendaring, bounced IIS and re-enabled it and bounced IIS
again, but no change.

their Calendars via OWA.
This is affecting all users. My mailbox, for example, is on the
Exchange 2007 mailbox server. I can log into OWA fine, and I can
see my mail, but the calendar is nowhere to be found. No errors on
the CAS or Mailbox servers. Not even sure how to troubleshoot at
this point. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123962.aspx Maybe
someone disabled it
In EMS, do the following:
get-casmailbox <your login id> |fl
Is OWACalendarEnabled set to false?
If so, do
Set-CASMailbox <your login id> -OWACalendarEnabled:$true
If you have lots of settings set to false, and you want to reset the mailbox
to the defaults, see this:
look at the second answer down on http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/0accb305-3923-4898-b28e-6b8944b46a92/
I used the ADModify methid worked like a dream on my test.
