Force Send to Internal Address

Ok I have a somewhat unique setup which I know is not ideal so please bare
with me.
First the setup.
Email and domain name is hosted via 3rd party service. There are reasons
I'd like to keep it this way.
Outlook client is setup to communicate with POP mail of 3rd party provider
as default so that all outgoing mail is delivered through the POP service.
Exchange Servers is also setup in outlook.
The problem.
I have a few public folders which I want internal people to be able to email
however because the POP service is setup as default email goes out to the
3rd party vender and the sender receives a non delivery.
Is there away to force certain email address to only be delivered via the
Exchange Server?
An easy solution is to set the Exchange server as the default provider and
send all out going mail though the it but then I run into other issues which
I'm trying to avoid.
Any help would be appreciated.
