Does the user show in OWA? If not you just have a stale address list
corrupt cached mode etc.

I have a user that appears in my Address Lists, but is not in the Exchange
console. The user is in my Active Directory. I tried setting attributes with
power shell but the mailbox is not found. I've tried editing with ADSI, but
I can't see a reason why the user is in the GAL, but not console. All
replications and such seem ok.

Any thoughts?
